Panas was opened in 2019. It was adopted by new management on 1st October 2022. Our commitment to excellence goes beyond the kitchen.

Bimal Gurung is an adopter of Panas who has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 18 years, more than 16 years at the management level.
He has worked for more than 14 years in reputed companies in Hong Kong before he moved to the United Kingdom in 2018.
Bimal is a Foodie who likes to learn and try new things regularly.

In January 2023, Chef Sonam Sherpa, originally from Okhaldhunga, took his first step into the culinary world as a member of Team Panas.
Armed with basic cooking knowledge, Chef Sonam’s boundless passion for the art of cooking became the driving force behind his rapid ascent. Within a year, he not only mastered every item on our menu but also secured the coveted position of Chef.
This goes to show you that when you have passion, dedication and strong work ethic; years of experience is just a number.
Chef Sonam’s commitment to excellence extends to sourcing the finest ingredients, ensuring that each dish from his kitchen is a masterpiece. His culinary magic is now a source of joy for the local community in Aldershot, and it’s a pleasure to witness his creations delighting our patrons.
