Our history
Panas was opened in 2019. It was adopted by new management on 1st October 2022. Our commitment to excellence goes beyond the kitchen.

Bimal Gurung
Adopter
Bimal Gurung is an adopter of Panas who has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 18 years, more than 16 years at the management level.
He has worked for more than 14 years in reputed companies in Hong Kong before he moved to the United Kingdom in 2018.
Bimal is a Foodie who likes to learn and try new things regularly.
Prashant Tiwari
Co-adoptor
Prashant is a co-adopter of Panas, who worked in different clubs and bars in most exciting Lang-Kwai-fong in Hong Kong. He managed few pubs and bars before he owned his multiple businesses in Hong Kong.
He moved to the United Kingdom to spent more time with family in 2019.
Prashant is a dynamic person. His friendliness and welcoming attitude makes Panas a perfect fun dining restaurant.

In January 2023, Chef Sonam Sherpa, originally from Okhaldhunga, took his first step into the culinary world as a member of Team Panas.
Armed with basic cooking knowledge, Chef Sonam’s boundless passion for the art of cooking became the driving force behind his rapid ascent. Within a year, he not only mastered every item on our menu but also secured the coveted position of Chef.
This goes to show you that when you have passion, dedication and strong work ethic; years of experience is just a number.
Chef Sonam’s commitment to excellence extends to sourcing the finest ingredients, ensuring that each dish from his kitchen is a masterpiece. His culinary magic is now a source of joy for the local community in Aldershot, and it’s a pleasure to witness his creations delighting our patrons.
As Chef Sonam marks his one-year anniversary with Panas, we extend our heartfelt congratulations on his remarkable progress.
